KAMBO medicine

Dear friends,
Given your interest in Kambo medicine, I have prepared information for you about this medicine, the course of the ceremony, and its cleansing processes and effects on the human body.
Kambo is a traditional medicine from the Amazon, obtained from a sacred tree frog called Kambo. When this frog is captured, it produces a defensive secretion that is extremely healing. Originally, this secretion was used by fifty indigenous tribes; today it is used by around thirteen small tribes. Indigenous people say that Kambo removes "panema" (bad luck). Shamans in the Amazon use Kambo medicine to permanently strengthen the human immune system and to sharpen the senses during hunting. It is a very powerful natural antibiotic. It is also a remedy for snake bites, malaria, and other epidemics and infections. Today, Kambo is one of the most powerful natural medicines.
Kambo also cleanses the blood and increases physical performance and endurance.
It strongly detoxifies, cleanses, and rejuvenates. It also has the power to cleanse negative energy from people's aura.
Kambo helps heal a wide range of illnesses, such as cancer, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, malaria, diabetes, various allergies and skin diseases, Crohn's disease, migraines, various bacteria, viral infections, fungi, heavy metals, rheumatism, Lyme disease, improves vision, and also helps with depression.

How Kambo was discovered:
A legend of the Brazilian Kaxinawa tribe tells of a time when the tribe was very ill, and their medicine man "Pajé" did everything he could to heal them. He used all known medicinal plants, but nothing helped. Under the influence of sacred power plants, he entered the forest, where the spirit of a grandmother visited him. She brought a frog in her hand, from which she collected a white secretion and taught Pajé how to use it. Pajé returned to the tribe and, following the instructions he received, managed to heal his brothers and sisters.
After his death, his spirit lived in the frog, continuing his mission to protect the health of those who defended the forest. Indigenous people continue to use the secretion to remain active and healthy. The white secretion from the frog became known as Kambo, but in some other tribes it is called Sapo, Kampu, or Vaccine de Floresta. Its use spread and is still widely practiced among indigenous people in the Amazon today.

Scientific research on Kambo:
Scientists became interested in the properties of the frog secretion in the 1950s. However, serious research began only in the 1980s in Italy. Italian scientist V. Erspamer from the University of Rome, who was nominated for the Nobel Prize, wrote about Kambo:
"The secretion of this frog contains a fantastic chemical cocktail with therapeutic potential unmatched by any other amphibian. Of the dozens of peptides found in Kambo, 7% are bioactive."
This means that they trigger chemical reactions in the human body and bind to receptors in the brain. Researchers have so far identified 9 bioactive peptides with strong effects on the stomach and intestinal muscles, gastric and pancreatic secretions, blood circulation, stimulation of the adrenal cortex, and stimulation of the pituitary gland. Phyllomedusin strongly affects the internal organs and intestines and contributes to deep cleansing. Phyllokinin and phyllomedusin are effective vasodilators. They cause the expansion of blood vessels and thus increase blood flow to the brain, supporting the access of not only themselves but also other active peptides to the brain. Caerulein and sauvagine cause a decrease in blood pressure, which is often accompanied by tachycardia (increased heart rate). They stimulate the adrenal cortex and pituitary gland, contributing to increased sensory perception and life force. Both peptides have strong pain-relieving effects, increase resilience, and enhance physical strength. In general, they increase a person's ability to face pain and better cope with stressful situations. Both peptides also have therapeutic potential for patients with kidney colic, as support for digestion, for patients suffering from pain caused by peripheral vascular insufficiency, and for those suffering from cancer-related pain. Dermorphin and deltorphin are powerful opioid peptides, 4000 times stronger than morphine and 40 times stronger than beta-endorphins produced by the body to combat pain. Recently, a new peptide called Adenoregulin was discovered by a team led by John Daly from the National Institutes of Health. Adenoregulin, which acts in the human body through adenosine receptors (an important neurotransmitter), is a fundamental component of the energy processes in all human cells. These receptors may be targeted in the treatment of depression, stroke, and diseases such as Alzheimer's disease. These scientific studies of peptides open a new perspective on how the human brain works.

Course of the ceremony:
The ceremony is preceded by cleansing the space with herbs. The entire ceremony lasts approximately 3 to 4 hours. Shortly before the application of Kambo medicine, it is necessary to drink 1.5 liters of water, after which the frog secretion is applied into small, gently burned points on the skin. The effect occurs almost immediately. Heat rises to the head, then throughout the whole body, and the heart rate increases. This is followed by a cleansing process, during which vomiting occurs in most cases. This state lasts about half an hour. A strong cleansing of the organism takes place, not only on a physical level but also on emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. Kambo empties you like a vessel and removes unnecessary old things so that new ones can come. During the ceremony, I sing cleansing songs and Icaros, which help initiate the cleansing process more effectively. Before the application of the medicine, we share personal intentions in a circle to strengthen the effect of the medicine and to connect as a group. After resting, my husband will guide you through a meditation that helps with deeper integration of the entire process. We conduct ceremonies in small groups of a maximum of 6 people.

Personally, I lived for 3 years in the Amazon jungle and learned from various teachers. During this time, I followed strict diets and also underwent many herbal treatments. It is customary to apply Kambo medicine in the morning on an empty stomach. No food is consumed for 12 hours before the application.

Recommended diet

Before the application of Kambo (approximately 4 days before and 4 days after), it is necessary to follow a lighter diet:

  • do not eat any meat, heavy fried, or fatty foods
  • do not eat sweets
  • do not drink alcohol, coffee, or strong black and green tea
  • limit dairy products and hard-to-digest cheeses
  • avoid heavy fats and oils
  • limit gluten
  • eat fruit in moderation
  • do not eat spicy, sour, or fermented foods
It is best to eat mainly vegetables, soups, light and easily digestible meals, and drink plenty of clean water so that the body is better prepared for the cleansing process. Herbal teas are also suitable.

Contraindications:

  • heart and vascular diseases
  • epilepsy
  • serious mental disorders
  • kidney or liver diseases
  • pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • use of certain medications (especially those affecting blood pressure, mental state, or hydration)
  • low blood pressure

This medicine is here for everyone, and may the healing spirit of the Amazon protect good souls. May the Amazon itself also be protected by the creator of the universe.
