The Chakra System in Connection with the Elements

Human life functions like a kind of hologram that is emitted into physical reality by our energetic centers (chakras). If we do not have these centers under conscious awareness, they can project situations and perceptions based on lived experiences—either positive or negative projections. These projections create our reality. Every single person creates their own reality, mostly unconsciously, and in doing so also creates their karma (cause and effect). If we do not want to be victims of our unconscious creation of reality, it is important to understand how our energetic centers function and to work with them through our conscious attention.

There are two aspects that are equally important if we want to achieve changes in our lives.

Inner intimacy: This means consciously perceiving, from the level of the observer, what is happening within us. From physical manifestations on and in the body, through our sensations, feelings, emotions, thoughts, moods, and so on.

Techniques: In my work, this is conscious work with the energetic centers through the elements. Everything that exists is created through the elements. Ancient cultures that existed before us were aware of this. These techniques are still used today in various traditions such as Eastern teachings, Hermeticism, Indigenous shamanism, and many other native cultures.

Now something about conscious creation of reality through the elements within us.

Fire: The element of fire works with us through inner vision, our visual imagination. Let us imagine that our body is enormous, transparent, and floating in space. All around is the Source (light). Through inner vision, we perceive this light flowing into our body from the Source. In this way, we consciously engage in the creation of our reality through the element of fire.

Air: The element of air is our mentality (thoughts). Through thoughts, we give form, direction, and intention to this energy that flows into us through inner vision, allowing it to become more condensed and more material.

Water: The element of water works with us through feeling and emotions. The energy from the Source that we perceived flowing into us through inner vision in the form of light, and then directed and shaped through thought, is now felt directly in the body. In this way, we have already engaged three elements that create our reality.

Earth: The element of earth works with us through inner hearing (sound). Inner sound is the densest energy of these four, and therefore the closest to physical, material energy. It works by using the inner voice to pronounce power sounds, thereby vibrating and activating the energy within the body.

If we manage to maintain our attention on all four of these aspects that create our physical reality at the same time, we become conscious creators of our reality.
